Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@deemfina.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Not installed, worn, or altered
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions, wigs, or beauty products that have been opened or used.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or installed hair products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
